Individual therapy focuses on recognizing opportunities for growth and change in your life, working collaboratively to establish and achieve goals towards wholeness, wellness, and life.
Using a collaborative approach, we will work together to establish a plan for treatment with the average time frame for care between 8 and 12 sessions with the goal of providing the skills, tools, and resources for wholeness and wellness.
